Your Feel-Good Closet Checklist!

Your body is amazing and deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. That’s where the Feel-Good Closet Checklist comes in. It’s time to make your closet your safe space and get rid of anything no longer serving you.

The questions you need to be asking to make getting dressed every day a whole lot easier.

Your closet is the perfect place to start building body respect and self-compassion. What you wear plays a big role in how you feel about your body.

Hey, I'm Jenn, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, and a mom of two. I use my expertise as a non-diet, weight-inclusive Dietitian to help women stop fighting themselves and instead learn to accept and respect their bodies as is.

While you may not think that your closet is the place to build body respect, you’d be surprised by how much what you wear impacts how you feel about your body. When you wear clothes that are too tight or need to be adjusted anytime you move, you are constantly forced to think about your body. When you hold onto clothes ‘just in case’, all you hold onto are reminders that your body is not good enough.

Not anymore! Your body is amazing and it's time to curate your closet to reflect that. You'll be excited to get dressed every morning after we're done!

Curate your closet and start celebrating yourself!

Remember, we change our clothes to fit our bodies, we don't change our bodies to fit our clothes.
